The Wellness Shifts That Changed Everything for Me

Over the past few months, I have made a few intentional changes to my wellness routine that have completely elevated how I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. These are not huge, overwhelming overhauls. Instead, they are small but powerful shifts that I have been consistent with, and the results have been undeniable.

One of the biggest game changers has been adding activation walks into my mornings. I use the Activation app, formerly called Superhuman, to guide me through them, and it has become such a powerful way to set the tone for my day. Not only do these walks help clear my mind, but they also leave me feeling energized, grounded, and ready to take on whatever is ahead.

I have also been upgrading my nutrition by adding in Coconut Cult and sea moss. This week, I finally ordered Coconut Cult, and I am making a point to stock up on sea moss from the grocery store this weekend. These two additions are not just trendy wellness products. They are nutrient-dense staples that my routine was missing. Sea moss is packed with minerals, and Coconut Cult’s probiotic-rich yogurt is incredible for gut health.

Pilates has been another game changer. Implementing two to three sessions a week has been truly life changing. My periods have been noticeably better, my digestion feels more regulated, and my core strength has improved in ways I did not expect. It is true what they say. Abs are built in the kitchen, but Pilates is the perfect complement to a clean, intentional diet.

Alongside these bigger shifts, I have been leaning into smaller daily habits that add up over time. Long walks for movement and mental clarity. Adding electrolytes for hydration and recovery. Switching up my supplements to match my body’s needs. Making healthy, nutrient-packed meals a non-negotiable.

These changes have made me feel more in control of my health, more connected to my body, and more energized overall. Wellness does not have to mean starting from scratch. It is about refining what you already do and finding what truly works for you.
